Donna Satterthwaite joined the Center for Workforce Inclusion, formerly Senior Service America, Inc., in March 2013 as Director, Employment Services. She led the SCSEP Performance team that provided technical assistance to subgrantees in the areas of recruitment and unsubsidized placement of SCSEP participants.
Prior to joining the Center for Workforce Inclusion, Donna was Director, Talent Acquisition at University of Maryland University College. She has over 20 years of experience leading private sector recruitment teams in various industries with organizations such as ADP, EDS, Lucent Technologies and Deloitte Consulting. She has a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Maryland, College Park.
