Jane Oates is a respected national leader in education and workforce. Most recently she was the President and Senior Policy advisor for WorkingNation, a national media company telling the stories of exemplary training providers. Previously she served as the Assistant Secretary for Employment and Training at the US Department of Labor, commissioner for the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education, and a senior legislative advisor on the US Senate HELP Committee.
Jane began her career as a special education teacher and later a faculty researcher at Temple University.
Today Jane advises business and education leaders, and serves on numerous corporate and non-private boards.
