CWI Works Experienced Services Program (ESP)

The CWI Works Experienced Services Program (ESP) is an innovative, flexible, and cost-effective initiative that connects skilled individuals age 55 and older with temporary employment opportunities in the federal government. Through ESP, experienced professionals can apply their expertise while supporting the unique missions and goals of our federal partner agencies.

Through cooperative agreements, federal agencies provide funding to CWI Works to recruit, screen, place, and compensate ESP program enrollees. Federal staff provide oversight and technical guidance, while CWI Works manages payroll, timekeeping, recordkeeping, and administrative support for participants.
